● No refund under any circumstances
● Exchange accepted only if Physically damaged or Wrong products received
● Unedited unboxing video required to raise exchange request
● Return/Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via mail/WhatsApp
● For return, the damaged/wrong product must be packed carefully with original tags and shipped to the following address:

● Custom orders and International orders are strictly non-returnable.
