SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
STUDIO SANJH delivers worldwide. Our logistics partners are: DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL & India Post. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays.
SHIPPING POLICIES :
1. All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
2. Customized products, including fall & pico service for sarees, are dispatched in 10-15 business days, depending on the number of units ordered.
3. Express shipping is available on prior information. Charges extra depending on weight of parcel and delivery location.
4. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched
5. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly mail at studiosanjhcalcutta@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9330071079 within 24 hours of placing an order.
6. Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
DOMESTIC:
1. Shipping charges within West Bengal is 60 INR (upto 1 kg) , after that charges will increase by 50 INR per kg, irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 4999.
3. Most orders are delivered within 1-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, like public holidays, festivals, unavailability of service on the logostic’s end etc., and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
INTERNATIONAL:
1. Payments can be done by Credit Card or Bank account transfer. Connect over mail/WhatsApp/instagram for bank account details.
2. International logistics partners: DHL or INDIA POST(depends on customer’s preference)
3. Charges: 2500 INR to 4000 INRper kg via DHL, 1500INR TO 3000INR via India Post, depending on country.
4. “Free Shipping” offers are not applicable on international orders.
5. VAT/GST/or any other country duties/taxes/ customs charges for international orders are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.
6. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch through email/whatsapp/instagram/if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.
7. International orders should be delivered within 10-25 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs)from the date of dispatch. However, the delivery timeline is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
8. If the recipient doesn’t accept/claim the delivery , we will not be liable for any refund.
In the rarest event of a dispute regarding shipping or delivery from our end, it would take around 10-15 business days to resolve it, since shipping logistics involves several third party organisations.
8. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Please note, since international shipments are not as regular as domestic shipments, any of the above terms and conditions are subject to amendments and modifications.
DISCLAIMER:
1. Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
2. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received securely.
3. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
